About Us
Unity Church of Austin is a group of people committed to soul growth and development. We believe that gathering with like-minded souls assists each of us in fulfilling God's purpose for our lives.
THE TRUTH WE TEACH here is founded on the principles of truth brought to us by our Master, Jesus the Christ. He said, “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life.” (John 14:6) We believe that eternal Truth is to be found in the fundamental ideas He taught; the Way includes the spiritual practices and methods by which we are to live; and the Life is the kind of abundant and whole living experience that God envisions for each one of us.
Our SUNDAY LESSONS at 11:00 a.m. remind us who we are and instruct, inspire and help us to grow in wisdom and spirit.
CLASSES we offer include Bible studies, exploration of basic Unity beliefs, life enrichment, self improvement and other topics of interest and entertainment. Child care is provided upon request.
WORKSHOPS offered by prominent writers and teachers are scheduled, and many people attend RECOVERY GROUPS who use our facility for meetings.
SUNDAY STUDY PROGRAMS: Adult classes begin at 9:30 a.m. Youth Education classes are scheduled at 11:00 a.m., with classes for all ages offered by skillful and loving teachers.
CENTERING PRAYER AND MEDITATION is offered on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in the meditation room.
Our MUSIC PROGRAM is varied and features soloists, the Unity ensemble, Unity Trio, and other area musicians. We continue to seek talent.
We offer many ACTIVITIES designed for our diverse community in our new church home, which offers us parking, public exposure, growing room and a beautiful facility to house us and all of you who want to join us. NOW IS THE TIME.
BECOMING A MEMBER is simple. Two things are required: a commitment to follow the instructions of Jesus the Christ in love and life service, and attendance at a regularly scheduled membership class. Loving God and each other is our practice.

Purpose
Unity Church of Austin is a spiritual community whose primary purpose is to pray, study, understand, practice and teach the truth of Jesus the Christ in order to change ourselves and our world.
Vision
Unity Church of Austin is an open and welcoming community growing together to be a positive force for good in our world. We create opportunities for all people to discover their true selves as we demonstrate Unity principles of Practical Christianity in our daily lives.
We are energetic and prosperous, and together we create a consciousness that results in transformed lives, transformed communities, and a transformed world.
